Congressional Democrats are divided among themselves, including the faction known as the Southern Democrats, who are Republicans and Republicans.
Therefore, Obama can not tell the people that the mighty U.S. military withdrew from Afghanistan now. It would be forever branded as a coward, which is very bad if you want to be reelected.
