------ During the second movement control in LIP, Monique (publicity assistant) and Christiane (OS ) speak of the difficulty of being a woman in a factory in control, problems of internal democracy within the union and the purpose of work in the current situation.
To highlight the similarity of the mechanisms involved in racism and sexism, Monique replaces in its story "Man" with "white" and "woman" with "Arab".
