Housing Assembly Barrilonia before the attacks raised in our environment: "Everywhere are baked beans"
Cesar Zuniga, a member of the group CSOA barricades Barrilonia and Zapatista, sexually assaulted her at different times of the summer of 2009, three sisters living in home. In November of that year the people attacked explained what had happened at a meeting of women from home. At that time, Cesar decided to deny access to housing (although not living at home, was active in the community life of the same.) After a meeting with him, he dismissed the possibility of a joint reflection process, as it was not that he had a real desire to question their actions and attitudes, and assess the severity of the situation. Barrilonia internal organization works in a way that the CSOA and housing assemblies are managed by different and totally independent of each other (with a few people who are part of both) and now these two areas are cut off physically. Thus, Cesar is expelled from home, but to this day continues its normal activity in the CSOA. The absence of position on the subject by the CSOA assembly is the result of the central role and power of that Caesar has in this space, so and the lack of reflection on the attacks and sexist gender roles by many of those who shape the CSOA. The other attack that we mentioned, was committed by Khalifa, known in some social movements as "the Underground" hip-hop anti-racist.
