For Citizens and Ministers of all faiths.
Citizens, Ministers and Faithful of old religions, everything is done with mystical doctrines, misunderstood in the past. God comes to enlighten the nations of a sudden light, bright. Woe to him who stubbornly refuses to see the divine light, and walk in the ways of dark times of ignorance and barbarism! On behalf of the Supreme Being who is your master like ours, but unfortunately we are far from love and admit the same way that, Faithful, Popes and ministers of the Church- French, we just give you all the fraternal embrace, and offer for the thousandth time since eighteen years, the conferences which will be discussed in public, before God and the people, the principles of the French Church and yours. The public will hear and judge for, Gentlemen and dear Brothers, is neither to you nor to the followers of your church, or church-French, nor to me, to claim that we alone are right and God made us only infallible.
infallibility belongs to God alone. It is incommunicable to humans, since it implies infinite attributes that man does not possess.
You know, gentlemen and dear brothers, why not admit it, the time for reticence is over. Peoples today can withstand without being dazzled and struck down, like Moses at Sinai, the divine rays of eternal light that enlightens every man coming into this world.
We are brothers in God and Christ. We have said many times in MM. and the abbots of Ravignan Milleriot that, in its solicitude Episcopal, the pontiff of the Roman Church of Paris had committed to take us back in what Catholics call the Latin-lane hello.
But, you know, this mission has remained without success, despite the talent and zeal of these two well-known church, I am happy to announce here on merit and priestly virtues. How has he done that we could not hear us completely? Here are the reasons in two words:
Your Church Roman falling like royalty every day feels immutable: it claims only to have the monopoly of the holy word and truth. Its doctrines are holy ark for him that none other than his ministers has the right touch. Believing without seeing or understanding, that's your opinion, a sine qua non of eternal salvation.
Church-French, on the contrary, according to the words of eternal truth, which delivered the world to endless exploration of humanity wants to see and understand before accepting and believing. For her, the testimony of men is not a surefire way to judge the man walking incessantly to the discovery of unknown truths. In the great whole, only God and the law are immutable because they alone are infallible.
Neither your church, not ours nor pretend to be infallible godless, so we must. Ministers and faithful of the Church and the Roman-Church-French, or any another church, if we really want no longer form a soul and a body, seek to unite in spirit and in truth, to say the belief in one God, the same laws and the practice the same social virtues.
To achieve this goal is to realize God's kingdom on earth, making humanity a single family, this is what the Church offers French-I am here only the simple delegate:

6 ° Delete, consequently, indulgences, prayers, fasting, abstinence, invocations to Heaven to get a change of atmosphere, or any other miracle which would be a departure from the law unchanging God.
7 ° adoration, glorification, thanks, thanks, anniversaries, memories substituted, either for God or to man, applications and prayers of the old cults.
